Alte Fleischerei - Beelitz Heilstätten

In the heart of Brandenburg, surrounded by nature

Built in 1907/1908, the Alte Fleischerei, once a central component of the Beelitz sanatoriums’ self-sufficiency, has been restored following extensive refurbishment in line with its historic status. After years of vacancy, the historic building has been carefully converted into eight unique residential units.

The charming 2- to 3-room flats are spread over three floors and offer living spaces of up to 107 square metres – ideal for singles, couples and small families.

The generously proportioned flats boast high-quality features such as oak parquet flooring, underfloor heating and stylish fitted kitchens with integrated electrical appliances. All bathrooms feature spacious, level-access showers or bathtubs, and many units also have terraces, balconies or conservatories.

Living in the Alte Fleischerei combines timeless elegance with the atmosphere of a listed building – a unique refuge for sophisticated living.
